I’ve been growing veg for a while now, and I wanted a way to document the journey — what works, what doesn’t, and everything in between. Living in NE Scotland means: Late frosts — we can get frost well into May Short summers — but the long daylight hours are a real advantage Wind and rain — coastal Aberdeen doesn’t hold back! Surprisingly mild winters — thanks to the North Sea What I’m Planning to Grow in 2026 This year I’m going for a mix of reliable favourites and a few challenges: ...
